Rapid Access Service

Same day assessment of an injured worker by a medical doctor or chiropractor or physiotherapist. Includes the completion of a Modified Work Form. If a Form 8 is required, this will be billed directly to WSIB.

Functional Abilities Evaluation

Objective assessment of functional capabilities and tolerances, using objective diagnostic equipment to develop a safe, effective return to work strategy.

Medical File Review

Timely access to expert medical-legal rehabilitative file review and resolution for complex cases.

Early Return to Work Programs (Physiotherapy)

Access to on-site and community based specialists, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation and time targeted treatment aimed at a safe and early return to work and/or an improvement in health and well-being.

Independent Medical Examinations

Examination conducted by a specialist who prepares a report that describes the degree of disability, diagnosis, and prognosis. Questions to the physician are customized based on client needs.
